Returns & Exchanges

VUJA DÉ offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that limited edition releases and archive sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Access our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the request.

• 2.
  Await Authorization

  Our team will review your request within 48 business hours; once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and a Return Authorization (RA) number via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, include the RA slip inside the box, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Upon receipt and inspection of your return at our studio, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee, within 5-7 business days.
